Did you know our NIR food analysers can measure constituents in flours, dairy products, grains, liquids, meat, bio-fuels, and foods? Did you know an analaysis can be generated in one minute?
Our NIR food analysers are designed to provide a quick and convenient means of measuring protein, fat and moisture in products such as meats, dairy products, dough and other high liquid content materials. An analysis is concluded in approximately one minute. The sample cell is filled with product and then inserted into the instrument. The unit then undertakes a number of scans and then averages those scans to provide a final analysis.
