National Australian Cotton Trade Show
A reminder that we will be exhibiting at this week’s Cotton Trade Show in Moree (May 27-28) .  We will display our full range of grain testing equipment.  This is a great opportunity for you to meet us and discuss your grain testing requirements.

Some of our exciting products on display will include our Grain protein and moisture NIR analyser, our new grain temperature rod, hand-held moisture meters and our range of screening equipment including sieves, scales and test weight measuring devices.  We will have some stock available for purchase on the day and there will be some fabulous specials.  Mention you saw this email to receive a $50 discount off a HE-Lite moisture meter.

PHOSPHINE – Grain receival depot limits
Do you use phosphine (PH3)?  Do you know the phosphine levels in your grain after fumigation?  The accepted safety limit for Phosphine is 0.3 parts per million (ppm).  If the level is too high at receival, your load will be rejected.
With increasing use of Phosphine it is essential to measure gas levels, both for personal safety reasons and to avoid having grain rejected by your receiver.
We now have available a portable Phosphine gas analyser that is preset to alarm if the safe limit is exceeded.

Sample Divider
Our sample divider is an important tool to divide a sample into representative sub-samples.  The unit works by pouring a sample of grain (up to several kilos) through the hopper at the top.  The grain then filters down to the chutes.  There are 14 chutes (19mm each) in total with 7 chutes either side of the unit to evenly distribute the grain.
Our dividers are made from steel and come in two forms a) powder coated or b) galvanised.
