We will soon be presenting seminars on the topics of mycotoxin analysis.  Proposed locations include Toowoomba, Melbourne and Sydney.

ARTICLE - SALMONELLA AND WATER ACTIVITY

It seems that every few days we hear of another recall - often due to harmful microorganisms such as Salmonella. After the large recalls in 2009 and 2010 (USA), both consumers and producers are justifiably concerned. These incidents, as well as the recent legislation intended to address vulnerabilities within the food processing sector, have emphasized the need for an increased focus on hazard analysis and critical control points throughout the production process.
