The Contafill is to be used with the Contador. It fills all kinds of paper and plastic bags or plastic and glass bottles.

The Contador is a high quality instrument for all seed counting requirements. It has a high counting speed while still maintaining its counting accuracy. It is easy to use and is quiet. It is suitable for counting seed from 0.3 to 15mm.

A feed container is held in place by an electromagnet and is vibrated during counting. The material to be counted reaches the outlet and falls into the receptacle through a photoelectric counter. The Contador automatically selects the counting speed based on the material being counted, so that it achieves optimum use of the counting capacity, while maintaining count accuracy. Particles that are significantly smaller in size are not counted, which means contamination by a smaller seed will not effect the count.

The Contador can also be fitted to a Contafill which will enable you to fill bags or bottles with a specific number of seeds in each. The Contafill fills all kinds of paper and plastic bags or plastic and glass bottles. It will check for missing bags or bottles and stops automatically so that no seed will be lost or spilt onto the bench. It also offers “continuous fill” by immediate removal of filled bags or automatic stop when all the bags on the carousel are full.
