The Granomat measures moisture content and specific weight for cereals, legumes, oil seeds, maize and malt.

The Granomat is a fully automatic instrument. Simply put a sample into the funnel of the instrument, choose the requested product and press 'measure'. The Granomat fills the cell automatically and removes the grains that are not necessary, therefore providing a constant volume. The measurement of the capacity, weight and temperature of the sample is carried out within a couple of seconds. The sample then falls to the draw where is can be used for further analysis. The Granomat gives the measured moisture and the bulk density (expressed in kg/hl) and the temperature of the sample and prints the result by means of the integrated printer. The Granomat can be attached to another printer or PC. It performs self-checks automatically each time it is switched on. It is a sturdy and maintenance-free instrument. The construction guarantees a high ease of servicing.
