Dear valued Graintec Scientific customer,
We wish to make you aware of a change in our business that may affect you.
For over a decade Graintec Scientific has sold, serviced and supported FOSS Sofia and FOSS Infratec grain analysers. Due to a change in the business model of FOSS Pacific, Graintec will no longer sell these instruments and may face some limitations in our ability to support them.
We wish to assure you of the following:
- Graintec Scientific will continue to support you as our customer with applications, servicing and repair for FOSS products where possible
- In certain cases we will not be able to service or repair your instrument due to warranty issues or the unavailability of parts. In this case we will need to refer you to FOSS Pacific.
Please understand that this situation is not of our making and that Graintec is committed to supporting our customers to the full extent we are able.
