Description
The LactoScope™ 300 FT-IR analyser combines performance, accuracy, ease-of-use, and speed – analysing samples and producing results in less than 45 seconds – all in one compact solution. This robust instrument comes with a powerful user interface, step-by-step workflows and built-in connectivity and reporting software, that allows you to master the system with minimal training and access your results from anywhere.
The LactoScope 300 is designed with all technologies working in harmony to give you a powerful dairy analyser that is ideal for chilling stations and dairy processing plants everywhere.
Features
LactoScope 300 tests raw and processed milk, cream and whey for fat, protein, lactose, solids and solids non-fat. It screens raw milk for abnormal content and can detect adulterants such as urea, ammonium sulphate, maltodextrin, sucrose and water.
Quick Analysis and Results
The LactoScope 300 analyses and delivers results in under 45 seconds. This allows you to run at least 80 samples in an hour.
Accurate and Reliable
Our patented Dynascan™ interferometer is designed to withstand the effects of tilts and shifts and ensures that the instrument calibration remains intact. This means that the LactoScope 300 delivers unparalleled data accuracy every time.
Intuitive Powerful User Interface
ResultsPlus™ user interface requires minimal training to go through the entire analysis and results process. This interface is also a powerful tool for administrators with higher access levels to the system as it allows them to validate calibrations and set up automatic data export to LIMS.
Remote Access and Reporting
Included with the instrument, NetPlus Report is cloud based and enables connectivity that allows you to access results from anywhere. Purchased separately, NetPlus Remote is used to configure instruments by sending calibrations and settings remotely, monitor performance by comparing instrument results to reference results and updating calibrations. For example, a processor with 10 sites can access LactoScope 300 at all sites from a single computer. They can configure them all at the same time, the same way without the need to be physically present at each site.

Applications
Detect Adulterants at Early Intake
Screen for targeted and nontargeted adulterants in milk early in the intake stage, preventing contaminated milk from entering the value chain.
Measure Dairy Quality
Identify levels of fat, protein, lactose, solids, and solids-not-fat in milk, whey, cream, so dairy can be segregated and geared toward the end product.
Control your Processes
Monitor quality levels during processing to ensure the consistency of end products, eliminating under- and overprocessing; improve yields by quickly optimising settings based on results.
Verify Finished-product Quality
Ensure liquid end products meet specifications.
